Pole Top Rescue Kit The pole top rescue kit provides a simple method of rescuing a worker who has fallen and left suspended by their lanyard from a cross member. Simply throw the rope over the cross member, loop the rope around itself several times and clip the carabiner to the workers harness chest loops. They can be lowered gently to the ground using the friction of the rope as a braking force.
